We can’t wait for the summer to return here at Hog Roast Bentham. Our signature dish, the hog roast, is an excellent winter dish, that much is true. It’s comforting for those colder days, helps to warm you up inside and out, and has that wintery feel to it. But it is also a dish made for summer as well.
For one, the way we cook our hog roast is really meant for the outdoors. Thankfully our own-designed mobile hog roasting machines have the capability of cooking indoor or out – all we need is a ventilated space -, but where you to ask us our preference it will always be to get the hog roast outdoors where it belongs. When cooked outdoors, we can unleash the true spectacle of the full fire pit roast. All that fiery brilliance, all of that smoky pork aroma, it comes to the fore on a sunny summer’s day.
