One of the great things about this job is that you tend to get instant feedback on your service. All you need to do, as a caterer, is have a look at the faces of your guests as they tuck into their fresh and hot hog roast roll to know whether or not your dining is working. Thankfully, at Hog Roast Flintshire, those gleeful, satisfied faces often tell us more than enough to keep going in the way that we do!
But we still love to reach out to our customers after their events with us, nonetheless. It pays to learn just a little more about the customer’s experience after the fact, when the adrenaline is all gone and they can actually reflect back on their wonderful event. At 
Hog Roast Flintshire, we recently reached out to Toni in Flintshire who hosted a party with the aid of our catering. We were delighted to receive Toni’s feedback just this past week and see that it came glowing with praise for our team and our foods.
It is always great to know that what we have added to an even has actually impacted the overall experience for guests. One remark that jumped out to us was how Toni’s guests were all raving about our hog roast all throughout the night. That’s exactly the kind of lasting impression that we want to leave – always leave them wanting even more, even after you have given them a tonne to begin with!
We were also happy to see Toni’s appreciation for Steve, our head chef and catering manager, and the rest of the team for the little things that they did to help aid the event experience even more. Something as simple as leaving a small bit of time between finishing our hog roast and serving, just so we can invite guests and host to come and take photos with the impressive finished product may seem minute, but actually it adds a lot to the experience. After all, half the selling point of the hog roast is just how it looks; even after nearly thirty years of serving, we at Hog Roast Flintshire still can’t help but be impressed by it either!
