Recently, the Hog Roast Leeds team were presented with a fantastic opportunity to showcase their talent at the local wedding fayre. Every year, Weetwood Hall Estate create dream weddings for dozens of couples, however, they love to collaborate with local businesses to support each other and also provide the most memorable day to their married couples. The event ran throughout the day from 11am to 3pm and was organised by Chloe who did a brilliant job of bringing lots of local businesses, specialising in different areas, together.
The wedding fayre hosting a huge variety of different wedding services to demonstrate all the different options the couples could choose from. The fayre provided exciting catering opportunities alike the Hog Roast team, pizza bars and singing waiters as well as popcorn and pick n mix carts. In addition, they also showcased wedding entertainment such as bands and DJs to demonstrate the atmosphere that the couples could anticipate. Moreover, the fayre also demonstrated the tipi hire available to the couples as well as table decorations. Weetwood Hall Estate had also been decorated as it would be while hosting a wedding to show how the venue would look in all its glory. Finally, the fayre also provided wedding dress suppliers to aid the future brides.
They opened up the fayre to the recently engaged couples and the day turned out to be a fantastic success. The Weetwood Hall Estate had previously given the Hog Roast Leeds team the privilege of being part of their gold wedding package. Therefore, the day was a great opportunity to show couples who had booked this package the brilliant service they would be receiving from the Hog Roast team at their upcoming wedding.
The weather on the day was not kind to the Hog Roast Leeds team, however, they still received a great turnout and successfully gave out over 150 complimentary hog roast sandwiches. The food was cooked and serviced by catering managers, Jon and Andy, and Ash, of the Hog Roast marketing team, gave some excellent insight to the couples of how the Hog Roast Leeds team would cater at their wedding.
