Mclaren Constructions Xmas Party Hog Roast In Brentwood.

Today at Spitting Pig we catered for Mclaren construction. It was their Christmas party for the 70 office staff and guests. They hold it every year at the same pub (the local) and have vowed to use spitting pig for another hog roast Brentwood in years to come. We arrived on site at 3pm to set up, the pub was fairly small and so we only had a limited amount of space in the small garden. We had pre cooked the Hog roast for 12 hours on a slow burn through the night until it was beautifully cooked. We arranged our serving tables underneath our gazebo and brought in the slow roast pulled pork.  None of the party arrived until 6:30pm so we had plenty of time to look smart and set up. As well as the hog roast Brentwood we served, chunky chips, homemade coleslaw and whole roasted turkeys. It all went down a treat with our selection of fresh bakers rolls and wraps, sage and onion stuffing and a selection of homemade sauces. As soon as the party started arriving we lifted up the slow roasted pig and we were ready to serve. The office staff couldn’t wait to get stuck into the food as it smelt and looked amazing. We started to serve around 7pm. The comments were amazing and everyone said that the pork was the best they had ever eaten. The food was a real hit and everyone enjoyed it. We were thanked by the owner of the company who personally said that he would be booking us again. Another successful Christmas Party by Spitting Pig.
