No one is more familiar with the phrase ‘bright and early’ than our intrepid Equipment Sales Manager Matt, who regularly gets up at the crack of dawn to travel across the UK supplying our clients with the best hog roast catering equipment in the UK! Matt loves travelling far and wide to unite our excited clients with their very own hog roast machines, whether it is brand spanking new one that has just come out of our workshop, or a second-hand model that has been lovingly reconditioned by our expert team of hog roast machine specialists. A couple of weeks ago, it was Matt’s mission to deliver a range of pre-owned machines on a round trip that took him to the trendy waterside city of Bristol, the lovely Oxfordshire countryside and a scenic stretch of Essex all in one day! It may not have been bright, but it was definitely early when Matt set off at 3am for a 7am rendezvous at a butchers in Bristol, who had just purchased a used Platinum Combi so they could start doing their own spit roasts. After making sure they were happy with their impressive hog roast machine (and let’s face it who wouldn’t be!) Matt was on the road once more. Following a quick rest and refuel with a well-deserved brew and bacon butty, Matt made it to Oxford by 9am. This time, he found himself at a charming pub to drop off a used Titan combi, which was going to play a key role in the Queen’s platinum jubilee celebrations and world cup plans that the pub was busy prepping for. Here at Hog Roast Machines, our hog roast machines aren’t just a fantastic asset for professional caterers – they are also a great piece of kit to own for amateur cooks too. Matt’s last stop of the day was in Essex at 11.30 to deliver another used Titan combi to a private client, who was planning to wow their guests with their outdoor catering at their own lakeside garden retreat. Even with such a busy schedule, Matt still made it home by 3pm, after another great day’s work delivering some brilliant used hog roast machines to our very happy customers in Bristol, Oxford and Essex!
