As a caterer you are only ever as good as your last event. We at Hog Roast Colne may well have been doing this for close to several decades now, but even now we are always striving to do better and beat our last. That is precisely how we have been able to continue on for such a long time – the desire to always better ourselves and up our quality through every year, every event, every customer interaction.
Part of being able to do that comes down to learning from our own customers after every event. They are our greatest critics; the ones that are always the most discerning when it comes to agreeing or disagreeing with the foods and the services that our Hog Roast Colne teams have provided. Without them Hog Roast Colne catering means very little. That is why anytime we run catering at an event we always love to speak to guests and try to gauge their experience, and after the event we always reach back out to the customer that hired us and ask for feedback. We always want pure honesty when gaining feedback. Hearing that everything was great, no problems is all well and good but it doesn’t offer much opportunity to grow. We welcome everything in feedback, from the highs to the lows.
Fortunately, however, in our latest wave of customer testimonials there haven’t been to many lows to speak of! We have been delighted to gain back excellent feedback from our events so far this year. It shows that we are once again on the right track and acts as a reminder to Hog Roast Colne teams that what they are doing matters a whole lot to our guests. It’s an invaluable thing to have that affirmation for all your hard work. One of the great things to highlight that has come up again and again of late is the kind words for the professionalism of our staff in particular. This is something we always strive for in our events, so it is wonderful to hear that guests do in fact notice and appreciate it.
